Pastor Flash: We were only spending 4 months there, and our home base was in the country, in Virginia. At the time, I had a great love of milk. conductor: tell us more pastor! Pastor Flash: We had been in Beijing for over 2 months, and I hadn't had milk for quite a long while. One weekend, when we took a train to see the Great Wall, we stopped into a restraunt. Pastor Flash: Upon the menu I beheld what I desired; MILK! conductor: mmmm Pastor Flash: So i orded a towering glass of what I anticipated to be wonderful white bliss. Pastor Flash: When they brought the glass, I was so eager for the milk I took a huge gulp. Pastor Flash: Suddenly my synapses exploded as I was confronted with something which was decidedly un-milk-like. Pastor Flash: To my dismay, this "milk" was curdled and warm, quite opposite what I desired. Pastor Flash: Immediately I burst into tears, ran out of the resteraunt and disgorged the putrid mouthful. I've never liked milk since. battery2: Conductor- How would you have felt if we had brought you a box of Kentucky Fried Chicken? conductor: that was a very good story. the wet cement of youth!
